Warm and accommodating staff that opened early for breakfast.
The sound insulation was lacking, making it noisy at times.

The location is spot on, with easy access to Bedford Place and Above Bar Street. My room on the second floor had solid amenities, providing a quiet, clean, and airy space that was quite comfortable for resting up.
The facilities, particularly in the common areas, felt a bit shabby and unwelcoming. a fresh coat of paint wouldn't hurt. I had some issues with the layout of the room—finding plug sockets for the kettle was a bit of a scavenger hunt, and the bathroom setup was inconvenient with a cramped shower cubicle and the loo being down the corridor. The private car park is a few minutes away, costing £5 a day, and didn't exactly have the safest vibe walking back. Breakfast was decent, but an earlier serving time would have been nice for those with busy schedules.

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We visited Paultons Family Theme Park and enjoyed the entertainment district. The place was perfect for our group, clean and budget-friendly. Digital programming kept us entertained during downtime. I'd recommend it for a fun getaway.
I noticed the guest house looked a bit shabby on arrival but didn't ruin our stay.

Would recommend for a lightning trip
Comfortable room, basic amenities, equipped with a flat-screen TV and electric kettle for tea in the morning, and conveniently located near a train station which made it easy to explore the area.
Nothing to complain about at all.

Not what we expected!
So, we showed up with the fam and were sent to another reception, which was weird. The place we ended up in felt super sketchy, def not a hotel vibe, more like a rundown flat. The area wasn't safe and loud upstairs kept us awake. On the plus side, the staff was friendly, but honestly, I've seen better hostel vibes. Not worth the cash.

We had an amazing time visiting Paultons Family Theme Park, especially seeing our grown kids relive their childhood moments at Peppa Pig World! The rooms were cozy, and we all enjoyed the breakfast selection very much. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting, perfect for family bonding.
In my wife’s opinion, the communal toilet situation could use improvement for larger families.

Clean rooms really stand out, with everything in neat order and well-maintained decor giving a cozy vibe. Breakfast options cater to various diets, and oodles of options make for a solid start to the day.
The steep stairs can be a hassle, especially with heavy luggage—difficult to maneuver without a lift. Noise from the street was noticeable. if you're a light sleeper, those thin walls could be a real nuisance. The wintry weather made it tricky to keep the room warm. those drafty windows could use some serious attention.

Not luxurious but quite decent
I really enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff. They even opened up early for us to check out and have breakfast, talk about accommodating.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly worth it.

The guest house offered a warm atmosphere with friendly service and a clean, basic room. The breakfast was enjoyable, but the shared bathroom and occasional noise from the street were drawbacks. a decent choice for a budget stay in a convenient location.
